If people were trained to understand why they are fat, and then trained to work on getting themselves back in shape, rather than being constantly sold the magic (short-term) 'fixes' that involve no work or thought. The quick and easy, and convenient solution (which is never a real solution!) Overweight and obesity would be massively reduced.
