As I have said before – there is NOT a one-fit-all regime that everyone can follow to lose weight.

Everyone in the world is an individual, with individual personal circumstances, health issues and mindset.

Some people can overcome all manner of challenges and obstacles using will-power alone. I am such a person myself. However, others in different situations do not have the ability, or can afford to solely rely on will-power alone to get them through a particular challenge.

For example; important social events, holidays, illnesses, family commitments and pain can cause the derailment of even the most concerted efforts to lose weight.

The solution to any of these challenges that may come along is... to find your OWN way through them, without them causing you to give up on your goals entirely.
